This paper presents the findings of a study, which investigated on how the perception of organizational commitment and employee engagement played an important role in employees' satisfaction to the hospitality organization in the Northern region of Malaysia. The sample consisted of employees from middle and lower level from the hotels sector. Between both of the determinants of job satisfaction, employee engagement appeared to be the most significant predictor.
